When you use agriNews Talent we hold the data in your professional profile: your name and contact details, your work experience, your education, the languages you speak, the species you work with, your availability and, if you upload it, your CV in PDF.

Some of that data — name, contact details, country, position, activity and species — comes from your record in the Agrinews CRM (socialagri.com), the same database you already use if you read agriNews. The rest — experience, education, languages, availability, CV — you enter yourself, directly in your agriNews Talent profile.

There are no passwords in agriNews Talent. To sign in, we email you a one-time code, valid only for a short time and only for that one sign-in.

Your profile is connected to your record in the Agrinews CRM. When you save changes to the data that belongs to that record — name, phone, address, position, activity, species, country, language, company — our server sends it back to the CRM to keep both records up to date. That exchange always happens server to server, never directly from your browser.

This is important and we want to be clear about it: every time you save changes that sync with the Agrinews CRM (previous section), that sync automatically signs your email up for the Agrinews newsletters that match your country, your position, the species you work with and your activity. This is a subscription to Agrinews' commercial communications, triggered simply by saving your professional data.

That sign-up only ever adds: saving your profile never unsubscribes you from a newsletter you were already on. To manage or cancel those newsletters, do it directly in Agrinews: [BAJA_BOLETINES_AGRINEWS].

Your CV is not public. It is stored privately and can only be downloaded through a signed link that expires shortly after it is generated. There is no public or permanent URL to your CV.

We keep a record of certain actions on your account — including accepting this policy and the terms of use — together with the date and the IP address it was done from. We use this to be able to prove your acceptance and for security reasons. This record is kept for [PLAZO_CONSERVACIÓN_REGISTROS].

Your session travels in a technical cookie that no script on the page can read (httpOnly): we do not store any session token in browser storage.

We do not currently use third-party analytics or advertising tools in agriNews Talent: there are no tracking pixels or cookies in this application.

Besides the Agrinews CRM, your data may be processed by providers that give us technical services — hosting, email delivery, file storage — always under our instructions: [PROVEEDORES_TÉCNICOS].

We keep your profile data for as long as your account is active. After the account is closed or becomes inactive, we keep it for [PLAZO_CONSERVACIÓN_TRAS_BAJA].
